    I encourage everyone to read the other review, which accurately represents Medi-Trans Group. G R A C E, the company owner, who also refers to herself as ****** among other names, to hide her identity from customers, is a pathological liar, master manipulator, and narcissist. She constantly belittles customers (the older generation.) She 'accepts' and confirms' trips but will cancel them the morning of. She lies to the patients, stating that "a tire blew out," "the vehicle broke down," and even tells them that THEIR insurance canceled their ride. Then, when the patient calls their insurance company to get more information about why their ride was canceled, the insurance company calls her ( G r a c e, Medi Trans Group), and she makes up more lies. She then tells the insurance company that the patient canceled that morning (but claims the patient forgot and blames it on their age and memory. She also tells the same lie, like the tire blew out or the vehicle broke down). She also tells the insurance company that the driver was there and knocked on the patient's door, but the patient didn't answer, which is entirely false. The insurance companies believe her lies. If she is aware that a patient frequently cancels their ride (through her, not the insurance company), she has the driver confirm pickup when no ride was completed so that she gets compensation. She is taking advantage of the older population and is very well aware of her actions. She refers to the trips as "welfare trips" and "free trips" for the patients, and, therefore, they should not complain at all. Among all of this, she's done more. Do NOT book with her, be cautious.... She needs to be investigated.

    If I could leave zero stars trust me, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare for customers and employees alike. My friend recently was employed here. In her interview she was promised flexible work schedule with the option to do remote work amongst other incentives. This was exactly what she needed as she has a child whos autistic and requires a little extra love and care. Upon starting her career there she witnessed many odd things being said and done by her boss, and OWNER, *****. Firstly. If youre a customer and had the misfortune of talking to ***** about an issue or concern, she would immediately start yelling about you after you hung up the phone. One quotable remark was a threat to harm a certain gentleman by way of dragging him with her car Her extreme verbal attacks made my friend fell very uneasy. Secondly, my friend was taken off the schedule more than she worked. Every other day ***** would call my friend off for one reason or another, which leads me to my last remark. Today my friend had to unfortunately call off because her son is sick. Graces response to that was a termination email absolutely disgusting. ***** and the company definitely need investigated because the way she operates is very unhinged.
