      Website says to call or text ****** for help with an estimate. I did both just to ask if he was available for jobs and no response to either inquiry.

      This company was doing an install in my neighborhood for a neighbor. The owner was blocking my mailbox and I kindly asked them to move the truck. I was badgered with excuse after excuse saying it doesnt matter and on the third time of me asking the owner of the company, as it was his truck, also I am the only person of visible colour on my street, the owner responded rudely Are you mad because you cannot afford the work? Terribly unprofessional.

      Today ****** put the finishing touches on a driveway replacement and expansion as well as a retaining wall. It was a major upgrade from the previous driveway. I am very happy with the results ****** gave a detailed bid. After careful consideration, I accepted his bid. The work was done exactly as he stated in his detailed bid. The new driveway is exactly what I wanted. The work was completed in a week. I was happy to hand over the final payment to ****** since everything was done so well. The workers and ****** have an 'we can always learn and do better' attitude. I really appreciate a company which is always looking to be better.
