      This is the ********** that i have ever had to deal with . I sent them a truck that was running and 3 weeks later they tell me it needs a new engine and if want to pick up the truck i will need a tow truck because they tore the engine apart then pulled it out side without putting it together then charged me out this world bill for that then i took another truck to them they didn't fix anything on the truck and charged me close to ******* to do nothing the truck came back to us the same it was before how do you get away with charging that kind of money when you don't fix anything.I will not take anymore back there..

      "You were charged 400.22 for the coolant line repair. You were charged 2126.90 for all repairs. the line failed, it is a silicone style hose and was not swelled or damaged after we shortened the hose. Again, I’m sorry it happened." ***** ***** I towed my Truck to FYDA because of Coolant line leakage. I communicated with service Guy there as *** ****** But every time his bad language makes be so much uncomfortable. I requested front desk Representatives to give me nice guys to talk and ***** start explaining me that thing/problems of trucks. But ***** said "The tech said the hose didn’t look bad, so he cut it off and reinstalled it. I’m sorry it happened." So, it's all clearly understood that 2126.90 $ is too much for our own hose. Just cut and installed. After two days running ton I-35 W again same hose leakage and i called them But not refunded any amount. So my point is they charge more money and service is not satisfactory. Same job done in Oklamaha, with 600$. 100$ for hose and labour charge. Still truck run goods. How long FYDA Freightliner Pittsburgh will charge like this ? please think twice and have some respect to us ( carriers or drivers) we trust with your skills but we don't want to die of over charging. Thank you hope next time you will be doing great jobs. Karma will teach lesson. you make us cried on highway.
