    Crossroads Mower Center in McMurray, PA misrepresented the mower that I was sold and refuses to do anything about it. I was not sold a mower that I was told would be stowable and was given in person instruction on how to make it stowable. Chris the employee writing up the sale and helping me to load the mower and defended that it was stowable whenever I questioned the mechanism on how to covert it. This was further reinforced whenever I brought the mower back to see why gasoline was dripping / streaming from the cap. See the attached document for a more specific description.

    Thomas  The Unit was purchased on June 5, 2023. He brought it in on July 24,2023 for this problem - 30 days later. The Sales Catalog shows what the different models have on  them or to offer.  It shows Model numbers and what they have on them and so does our Sales Hang Tags on each mower. Model that was purchased is ***** No Smart Stow.  Model that we DO NOT stock is 21465 Has Smart Stow.

    What I think might of happened when we service unit then show customer how to run it and maintain it could have been why the thought of storing it up right is presented.  we do tell  ALL PEOPLE you can put it up on  the rear end to clean under deck or sharpen blade or change oil BUT not to store it that way.  - THEY HAVE DIFFERENT GAS TANKS

    I am just as unhappy about this as my customer is -  If we need to return the unit THAT is fine.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Tom, the business owner gave me credit for the mower that I returned and gave me a discount on a new mower.  I am satisfied with the outcome of this transaction and happy with the consideration that Tom afforded me
