    This dealership does not honor their advertised pricing. We looked at a vehicle on 3/31/25. The price quoted to us was the price advertised on their website. We returned on 4/1/25 to buy the vehicle. We offered them the advertised price. The sales *** came back and stated that they increased the price of that car in the AM of 4/1/25 and it takes 24 hours for their website to update so they would not honor the original price quoted even though at that time (6:35 PM on 4/1/25, the website price was still the same as it was on 3/31/25. ********* business practices!!!

    This has been the worst experience buying a used vehicle. The service that we received in the service department has not been truthful from the beginning of our purchase. We had to have the car towed from this dealership to another. It went in for one little noise and now has the engine out. . Their response has been we should have bought an extended warranty. Maybe they should have people working on the vehicles that repair them right to begin with. Never again!!!

    I drove a hour away to go get a car that I was scheduled for me to get half way there and them tell me that the vehicle has been sold. So since I was already in route the manager referred a couple other vehicles for me to see so I agreed. Once I got there I seen the vehicle I wanted was still there. I acquired about it because they have a policy that they do not hold used vehicles for people. So they said someone agreed to buy it but no payment was ever sent while all my stuff was ready to purchase the vehicle . So I asked to see the other vehicles that they referred me to come see 25 minutes later the dealer comes back to tell me I am 0-3 those vehicles have been sold to. So the dealer he couldn’t sale me the vehicle that I was there and I personally feel I was discriminated against because I am a young African American male. And personally felt my money and credit was just as good as the (other) man’s! The whole overall experience was just unprofessional and just a waste of time and gas. So just if none the least be aware of who you work with there and the favoritism they show to certain people.
