    On June 2nd my boyfriend went in and placed an order. The employee had him slide the card once and then a receipt came out and he told my boyfriend it was declined to slide it again so he did and it declined it again. Well when it was ran the first time it was left open as a pending charge which put a hold on the card therefore of course the second time would decline. Telling us we couldn't place the order or have our food with mean while the charge was pending. So when I went over I asked for a receipt saying the order was ******* and he told me that he couldn't do that and kept laughing at me telling me to call the 1800 number. Still refused to cancle the order he had open and stealing my 30 dollars. The bank can not do anything with the purchase and I never received the food. The employees were so rude and came up with a nose full of white residue dripping from his nose.
