    I hired this company owned by Vinnie L******* mid-June via my HOA for power wash of my townhouse(siding & brick).That service was acceptable. But when I asked "Off Mgr" Madi W******(GF of Vinnie)if they painted/stained decks she enthusiastically said "Oh sure, we do that! "When I asked re the price she said $800!Aghast I said it was far too much She immediately retracted saying she “didn't really know” & would ask Vinnie. I then received a text stating $300 incl paint. B/c of Madi's strong assurance I assumed they professionally do this. I recently checked their site & there was no mention of deck painting/staining only washing & cleaning. At 9:30am June 24th I texted Madi since Vinnie was 1/2hr late. At 9:38 she texted assuring he would arrive in 10-15min.I called Madi after 10am.She said he was at a store looking for paint. He arrived 20min later, 1+hr late in total. He got here 10:20am and began just before 11am.I was up@7:30 ready by 9am per appt. He said he couldn't find the color he wanted & this was too "brown". I am not a pro, HE's supposed to be. If the color wasn't close to what I requested he shouldn't have bought or used it. It dried 3-4 shades lighter to murky GREY/brown. As he painted my deck he talked on the phone FOR MORE THAN 1+HR about real estate investments he wants to make! He then asked if I knew a pizza place near & I said I would warm him a slice. I did & gave him cold water. He ate & began talking AGAIN on the phone while painting my job. June 28th I contacted Madi & told her my deck was awful; color dried badly; MANY missed areas; sent pix at her request. She asked for payment on the power wash; I paid her. We texted, talked, she assured me Vinnie would call & work out my deck. He NEVER CALLED; just sent invoices for a bad job as he talked on the phone! He pounded my door & buzzed my bell 2 days against HOA laws hiding his truck from HOA board members' views. Online 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. I'm 100% DISSATISFIED. Bad customer service. I'm a senior. I need my deck.
