      Hello, I live in Washington state and my family has lived on this property for several generations. A few years ago (unsure of exactly when) two cell towers were built above my house and directly over the water stream that my house has used since 1939. I’ve read about some of what they put into the soil during installation of the towers AND the fiber optic antenna in the ground. SOLVENTS in the ground that drains into my family’s water source. There are shiny metallic particles all through the silt in my water stream and that is just what is visible. Even the rock surrounding the structures is hazardous as their is rocks that contain arsenic. They also pushed all of the debris from clearing the land off of the edge and into my water stream which has caused the hill to be compromised. This was unknown to us until we cleared enough brush to see. It is obvious that it happened a long time ago as the debris and LOGS in my water are rotted. Now there is a huge part of the hill breaking off and sliding right at my house. I had a geotechnical engineer come look at the hillside and it was not good news. My family has been here for over a century. Any idea how to find out who is to be held responsible for this? AT&T and Crown Castle are the companies I’m speaking of. Since my homes only water supply is unsafe and there is no other available water in my area I feel that it would be the business responsibility to either dig a well or something to replace the water source they have contaminated. I also feel any future medical bills that I or my family have in the future due to this negligence should be their responsibility as well. The hillside is another issue completely. Shame on them
