    For a year and half I thought my work (************) was paying my gym membership. In March of this year *************************** told me my membership expired back January of 2022. I asked him if I owned any money on my account. He told me not to worry about. On April 25 I received an email telling me my membership wasn't paid. I went down to gym and **** showed me my account and the bill hasn't been paid since November of 2021. I told him **** Mfg is supposed to be paying my membership. He told me He reached to them numerous times and no answer. I went to **** Mfg health and safety and **** told me she has reached out to him repeatedly and no response and all **** has to do is is dad or email my attendance records to he. I watched her type up an email and send it to him. On May 1 I asked **** to meet me at the gym. I told him all he has to do is fax or email my attendance records to her. He yelled at me telling me that nobody answering the phone. He also told me if there are any incidents in the gym when unstaffed I'm to call 911. I'm not allowed to call him anymore. I talked to health and safety they told me they called him and no answer and told me she isn't having this problem with the other 2 gyms or with the previous owner. All they do is send an invoice to her and she pays them. The gym is unstaffed from 12pm to 6pm, 9 pm to 6 am Monday -Friday and Saturday 12pm - Monday 6am. In February there was an incident where two boys throw another boy on the floor and tried to pull his pants and underwear down and I reported it to him. Now he telling me he doesn't care if there are any incidents in the gym.
