    They towed my wrecked car and told me I couldn't get any of my personal belongings out of it until I paid impound fees. And the fees were a crazy amount due to there being a police hold on my vehicle

    I am writing this letter in response to the recent customer review (ID# ******* given to the ********************** about my company - *************'s Towing, LLC. On January 29, 2024, My tow company was called to tow an abandoned vehicle for the ************************** The vehicle in question was a rolled over vehicle left abandoned in the middle of the road. The ************************* put a Police Hold on vehicle - until an investigation was done to determine -who was driving, wrecked and abandoned the vehicle in question.************* called my tow company stating he was coming to pick up his belongings from the vehicle. At that time- ************* was informed that vehicle was on Police Hold and nothing could be released from the vehicle until the ************************* removed the hold from the vehicle.************* became very upset when he was informed nothing could be removed from the vehicle until the hold was taken off the vehicle in question.To date, ************* refuses to provide any proof of ownership of the vehicle. ************* has been informed several times that proof of vehicle ownership is required before anything can be released from vehicle after charges are paid.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
