    I ordered them on Aug. 28 2022 I paid 247.60 I ordered Tan shoes and they sent me Nude shoes They would not send me a return label or a refund I would be glad to ship them back if they send me a return label and a refund.

    I am writing on behalf of Guard Closet to respond to the complaint issued upon us.

    This order was placed for items that were no Refunds or Exchanges.  We informed the customer at the time that the items in the box are the manufacturers Nude color, but they got rid of the name Nude and called it Tan.  We sold clearance shoes to a customer saying they were sold AS IS.  The Shoe that they are trying to compare it to is not even the same shoe.  You can see they are holding them next to each other in the picture that is attached.  

    They bought a clearance AS IS No refunds or exchanges shoe and are now wanting a refund even though they are comparing it to an entirely different shoe.

    I am rejecting this response because:
       I bought the shoe named Tan from them. They sent me the shoe named Nude, which was a discontinued shoe and not the shoe I ordered. When I tied to contact them to tell me they sent me the wrong color they informed me that the product is "as is" and non refundable. I did not want the shoe named Nude, that is why I purchased the Tan name on the shoe. We wanted the students to match, we already had Tan, not Nude. They are welcome to send me a return label and I will mail the shoes back to them. I am not paying for shipping on an item I did not order.
