      This is the worst company I've ever worked with. They promise to take care of everything but does nothing. And then when they actually do something they charge you extra and through the nose. I've had to get additional quotes for septic, well, landscaping, electrical and all of them have been thousands of dollars cheaper than what Bonnie Heights has quoted. We were supposed to have our house in July 2022 and they have constantly caused delays to the point that we still don't have our house on the foundation and it's now January 2023. Stay away from this company! Marty doesn't know what he's talking about and his boss Craig is an arrogant jerk.
