      They owe me money. Charged my account and never sent the contacts. They also shorted me 20 contacts from the previous order. I've contacted customer service through phone, email and messenger and no one has refunded me!

      I wish I could rate Waldo zero stars. This used to be an amazing service and it’s become a complete scam. I ordered contacts in AUGUST and received zero communication that my contacts were out of stock. After many, many phone calls and emails, I got an estimated delivery date of October 21. And even that wasn’t definitive. I can’t believe I got the runaround so many times. This company is a nightmare, which is such a bummer because I loved their hydro boost lenses. Not worth the headache. I still have not received a refund or contacts.
