    I was sent here by my foot Dr. to get custom insoles made. After being told that my insurance would cover the cost Cardin and Miller sent me a bill for 418.00.After calling my insurance company they told me I wasn't covered for the insoles. I did some investigation and found out that Cardin and Miller ordered the wrong insoles. They told me I was still responsible for payment. And of I didn't pay they we're sending my account to a collections agency. I has no choice but to pay it even though they ordered the wrong insoles.

    This is absolutely false. The appropriate custom foot orthotics were authorized and ordered. Proper procedure was not followed by the client. The client did not attend follow up orthotic appointment as clearly outlined at time of fitting so that customary adjustments could be made. The owner of the company personally reached out to the client and offered that the client come in for a free visit to assess the situation and make any adjustments necessary. The client filed a complaint with the BBB, the complaint was found to have no merit and the case was dismissed based on facts of the situation.
