    Around May 19th, 2021 i contacted a Tattoo Artist Steven J****** for a estimate on half are sleeve his price was at least give or take $500-$600. He advised he could not get me in till December 20, 2021. I was fine with that. It went to my appointment and after 3 hours we decided to call it a night. It can be a bit pain full.. When i asked him what the cost was for the sitting he said it would be half of what i gave him so $250.00. Steve advised he would let me know when he can schedule me for my next siting. I asked Steve if it would be done before i left for Florida and he said yes. It was not until Feb 5th i did I have to reach out to him and see when my appointment was. He said he could do March 4th , which was 2 days before i was leaving for Flordia and he said it would not be a good idea to have it exposed to the sun or salt water. It needed to heal. So much for it getting does before i left for my business trip. He said he would be in touch with another date. On Feb. 14th i reach out to him and no reply i reached out again on March 17th and he would get back to me soon for he had Covid. I had reached out to him March 16th and he said he will get back to me soon. So the next day March 17 he gave me a date of July 28th i was shocked and actually really upset, because that was 4 months away. On March 21 he stated he could not keep my appointment on JAN 28 which he meant July 28th. The next date was September 28 th. I couldn't believe i would have to wait 9 months to get my sleeve done. I have added the messages to this complaint. My problem is never once was it told to me that it would take 9 months to get my tattoo completed. If this was the normal expectation of a sleeve it should have been told to me upfront and it never was. I asked the owner if this was told to all there clients and he said it was irrelevant. Well if i would of know it was going to take 9 months i would not gotten my tattoo there. I am requesting half of my $ back.
