on 3/14/2023 i purchased a CHPLN - certification hospice pallative and licensed nurse exam for the amount of 345.00 US dollars, on line through the HPCC hospice & pallative nurse association website. it then prompted me to schedule my exam. unsuccessful attempt due to a ERROR code. when calling the PSI sponsored exam customer service (last wk) the customer service rep encountered the same ERROR and placed a IT ticket. i was informed that a email would be sent to me for me to continue to schedule my exam. after waiting for a week, i called back today and went through the process again, being transferred 5 times, each time no one able to help me. i was on hold for indefinite amount of time, when another lady answered and who was again unable to help me and said she would create a IT ticket. when i told her that i was filing a BBB report she said that was fine its not on them (PSI) its on the sponsor co. HPCC. when i tried calling HPCC ###-###-#### i got a auto message followed the prompts which took me to a start all over again message which this continued repeatedly with no resolution. i am now filing a complaint against HPCC along with PSI. i am requesting a full refund of 345.00 US dollars.

Our staff were able to get in touch with ***** ******** yesterday (5/1/2023).  On March 23, 2023, ***** was able to schedule her Certified Hospice and Palliative Licensed Nurse (CHPLN) testing appointment. She is now scheduled to take her CHPLN certification exam on June 3, 2023, at our Waukesha, WI based testing center.  HPCC’s Director of Certification, Annette P**** ****, spoke directly with ***** yesterday.  ***** also confirmed that she was scheduled to take her CHPLN exam next month.  Annette asked ***** if she had any other questions or issues that we could assist her with resolving, and she said, "not at this time".  Annette provided ***** with her contact information (phone and email) and asked her to contact HPCC if she needs anything else moving forward.
