    On 07/26/23 at around 4: 46pm, I placed an $18 order on the McDonalds Mobile app. I usually do this every Wednesday and have done for the past few years consistently. I placed the order for pick up at the 225 Mt Lebanon Blvd location in Pittsburgh, PA. I waited curbside for the order, but was given the wrong one. Assuming it was a simple mistake I went inside and kindly showed them the error and requested the correct order. After going through the orders he had the manager told me that they didn't have my order. I showed him my app receipt and he proceeded to try to look it up several times to no avail, told me they didn't have it and asked me confusedly if I wanted to reorder or what. I didn't want to reorder, I wanted a refund, but that was never offered and after this, the manager proceeded to ignore me while I stood there waiting for my issue to be addressed as he fullfilled other orders. After standing there for about 10 minutes, I gave up and ordered in store. Of course, because I had already placed an order, I couldn't use any of the deals I'd earned through the app and had to pay more for the order than I already had. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. I was given no apology, or acknowledgement. I filled out a complaint on the McDonalds app. In the below response, I was told that the store needed to do something about it. I tweeted about it and was given a nothing response that redirected me to the feedback form, when I responded that I did I was ignored. I want a refund for my original order and feel I'm owed a free meal for the order I reordered given the extreme inconvenience that I've dealt with. As of 9:38am on 07/27/23 I still haven't received a refund on my original order or any good response from McDonalds regarding this issue. They continue to refuse to acknowledge that I never received the product I paid for.
