    on 7/13/23 I transferred my insurance and plates to the purchase of a 2006 ***************** 4x4 ST. A week later, I took the Insurance Identification card to *********************** Insurance & ********* Agency with concerns about having insurance for my vehicle because I received a notice for cancelation. I showed my agent my Identification card and he informed me that the ID was illegal and that I was not legally or properly Insured. It cost me an additional $450.00 to get insured. After ensuring my truck properly, I went to ****'s ************* for my money back and no one was in the office. My complain is that ****'s *************, took my money and gave me knowingly a Falsified ID card for the purpose of making money and I am *********** recieve my money back because the transaction with ****'s ************* was illegal acco0rding to my insurance agent and agency.

    Dear Sir of BBB

    This is respond for *** ****** ******* Complaine about $450.00 he paid when did title transfer and registration, but he did not.  Paid any money for insurance like what he say.  Because we do not do insurance and he has one allready so we get copy of his insurance from his agent faxed to us because we have to keep copy for PenDot Requainel (sic).  So money paid by ** ******* is 

    $352.00   PenDot Fees + Tax

       20.00    online fee

      100.00  Notary Fee

    $450.00 Paid by *** ****** 

    There is no insurance money charged by us because he has his own insurance and within 10 days of Registration.  He must call his insurance to add 2006 **** *** Tk to his policy.  If he get cancelation notice meens he is late on some payment of his insurance, we has nothing to do in this case.
