      I received an email from penco management on March 12th stating that our dryer vents suddenly needed to be cleaned and they would hire the company and charge each homeowner $100 on May 1st. We then received an email on April 19th (attached) stating that "the vents were successfully cleaned" I requested an invoice from the company that completed this so that i can pay this bill. penco has not responded. not sure why they would think I would pay for something that i have no idea when or if it was completed except for an email from ******************** who refuses to do or answer any of my requests. I have put in work orders for several issues and NEVER receive a response. I am putting this complaint in because i am at a loss. I pay my association every month on time and I'm really not sure what I am paying for. any help is appreciated.

      With regard to complaint ID ********, it hs been communicated by the property manager about the necessity of the dryer vent cleaning project and its associated costs. This initiative has been undertaken in alignment with the directives set forth by the ***** of ********* and as a crucial step towards maintaining the welfare and safety of the community.

      PENCO, acting on behalf of and at the diirection of the ***** of *********, is committed to executing projects that safeguard the interests of all homeowners within the community.  Prior to the commencement of this project, homeowners were given the option to furnish evidence demonstrating the servicing of their own vents.

      Regarding individual receipts, it is important ti note that no such document exists for this particular project, as it was executed collectively for the benefit of the entire community. The discounted rates secured for each home were previously disclosed via notice and explainted at the annual meeting, underscoring financial advantage gained through this bulk initiative.

      Your understanding and cooperation in closing this matter is greatly appreciated, as we strive to uphold the standards of the community.  Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      i dont understand why they think we shldnt receive an invoice stating date and time and cost and company of the vent cleaning. they told the home owners that WE wld need to send them an invoice if we already had this work done...so why doesnt this work both ways. i have no idea when or if this was completed. I want to pay this bill but i want an invoice. you cant just send an email saying it was completed. I have never paid a bill because i got an email saying something was done . how do we know its not a scam without proof?!

      This complaint is about abuse and neglect from my property manager *********************** over at PENCO Management as she hung up on me, refuses to respond to my messages that I leave her, as well as phone calls, texts, e-mails, and voice mails. This is not right nor called for from a property manager. I am not sure what I did to offend her nor do I know what to do at this point to resolve this. I just want to talk to her and she is unwilling to do that. I am banned from some local social media websites that she controls and I am not sure why. Since I am unable to resolve this ongoing issue on my own I do request your assistance in this matter.

      Please be advised that we were instructed that all correspondence between the HOA and ************ was to be through his state appointed guardian/representative.  Therefore, he is to have no contact with the PENCO offices or *********************** directly.  All communciation needs to go through the above-mentioned representative.  ************ is banned from the HOA social sites, as he has used explicit language in communications to ************************  If you would like an example, we woud be happy to provide for you.  Further, all PENCO managers and Executives work on behalf of and at the direction of the Board of Directors for all Associations and do not have any authority to utilize Association funds without their approval.  If work that ************ wanted completed was not performed, it was because it was not approved by the Board.  Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: I said did and did nothing wrong to anyone at PENCO Management nor did I make any kind of hurtful or offensive comments to her or anyone else at PENCO and their related social media sites. I do like the fact that ****** is lying here and is totally misrepresenting the facts as I did none of the things that she so falsely claims that I did. I did try to call her to find out what I did wrong and to apologize and yet that was rejected. She is not acting in good faith nor is she doing her **** job as property manager. There is a lamp post that needs repairs and she is refusing to address that as well. I am in the right here and she is not.
