      Transfer of funds from the Merck Sharpe $ Dohme Credit Union to my Brokerage Account. It took more than 10 days to complete, and with a transfer fee. . In additional to the excessive time delay, I had to go through senseless steps just to get the Credit Union to initiate the Transfer. The funds were from my Personal Checking which had a balance many times over the amount of funds I wanted to transfer. If this is considered 'Quality Customer Service', I would not welcome, or wish to do this again. I've been a member for over 40 years. I have transferred funds from other Financial Companies where I have funds, those transfers were completed in less than 1 day. There is nothing like a great service from a financial company, and the Merck Sharpe & Dohme Credit Union is nothing like a great Finacial Service firm. ***

      I have a debit/gift card from this credit union. When I spoke to the card member services of the card, I was told I can get a replacement card (with $10 replacement fee). I gave all my information to the card member services. However, when I talked to the branch they said I was pretty much out of luck just because I wasnt a member. This was a new gift card and it had $175 on it.
