  Timeliness, cleanliness, attention to detail, responsiveness to requests and value for the money- all the hallmarks of great service and craftsmanship. These are complex jobs- and ours was no exception. We were patiently taken through the process and while nervous about the scope of what we wanted- we were thrilled with the result. New roof, new siding, added features- our home is better than it was. Thanks **** and Team

  **** was recommended to me after I started to see water on a stormy day after the house attached to me had a new roof. They came out fast as I was in a panic and were honest about my options I had to fix the issue. After another failed attempt by my neighbors company to fix the issue, I decided to pull the trigger on a completely new roof. **** provided a competitive estimate, and was able to provide a temporary fix to my problem before the full replacement could be scheduled to limit the water damage that could be done in the meantime. After I picked a date I thought I was comfortable waiting to for the repairs, I had a panic attack and called **** to try to bump the date up. **** was very accommodating and told me if an earlier date opened up due to cancellations etc. he would let me know. Whether luck or **** working his magic he was able to fit my job in a lot sooner to bring me piece of mind about potential water damage. The work was done same day, including a decent amount of plywood work needing to be finished. I left for the day, came back and was very happy with the condition of my yard when I arrived home. **** was out a few days after to double check the work and my satisfaction with it. If any of my family needs roof repair or replacement I know right where I will be sending them!

  Contracted for work based on a referral from a neighbor. That was a mistake.Contracted for work, then there was delay after delay. He parked a dumpster in my driveway, and said work would start soon. For weeks after that, his workers were traveling to my house from other local jobs and dumping stuff in the dumpster. Finally made him remove it.***** later it's back, and his crew does a tear off, and then rushes to put roof on as it is starting to rain. they s**** up the front porch and front bay window roof. Shingles on *****, and then they left gaps, which they "fixed" by putting literally a half inch of WHITE caulk in the gap, and smeared it on the brick front in one spot, and BLACK caulk, also smeared against the brick, ruining the front of the house. The flashing they did put in place was not cut nor bent correctly, and looked like a 5th grader did it. We call ****, and tell him it is unacceptable, and he needs to repair it. He drags his feet, then finally comes out to look. He agrees it is shoddy, and promises to fix it.Weeks go by again. Yesterday he "fixes" it by covering up the damage with HUGE BLACK flashing, also installed horrible, and AGAIN with MORE black caulk, now smeared over even more brick. Calls and texts go unanswered until the next day, when he texts back " I will stop out and look once again but not sure how to proceed at this point I am sorry you don't like it".He added to the damage, and doesn't know what to do. This is supposed to be a professional roofing and siding contractor?!We told **** to not come back, and are looking for another company to fix the damage. We will pay **** the remaining amount owed after we pay the folks who come to fix his poor work.
