  Our experience with Sir Grout ********** was far from satisfactory, starting with their salesman, *******. His approach was typical of high-pressure sales tactics: starting with an inflated price and quickly lowering it to secure our business. Even after we declined, he followed up with an additional 20% discount. While this strategy was frustrating, it wasnt the primary issue.The real problems began after we committed to their service. ******* briefly appeared on the second day of work but didnt speak with us and left without addressing any questions or concerns. On the third day, the technician unexpectedly upcharged us for applying a sealant, which we believed was already included in the original contract. He insisted the floor couldn't be left unprotected, forcing us to agree to the additional cost.The job involved stripping, cleaning, color sealing the grout, and resealing our slate floors across nearly our entire first floor. Two workers arrived on time and appeared ready to work, but one was in training. Throughout the three days, the lead technician repeatedly emphasized to the traineewithin earshot of my husband and methat this was a large job and we shouldnt expect perfection. Unfortunately, that turned out to be true.When they finished on the third day, the floors looked acceptable from a distance. However, once the floors dried, we noticed patches of old wax sealant and a white film in several areas. We contacted ******* to address the issue, but after two weeks, he still hadnt returned our call. Despite sending an email where he promised to call at a specific time, we received no follow-up. We even reached out to the owner, ***, but he also failed to return our message.The technician stated they guaranteed their work, but It seems the only guarantee Sir Grout offers is an inferior job and unresponsive customer service. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for professional and reliable work.

  Cant say enough good things about Sir Grout. They showed up when they said. They were reasonable and did a great job. My floors look like new!!

  Very disappointed in their work. Paid $1300 for new grout, slate floor cleaning and sealant. ******* represented SirGrout. Our floor was left with gray smearing all throughout the colored slate tiles. Very dull finish. Several attempts to contact the company by phone calls and email with pictures have been ignored. Dont know what more to do!
