My 85 year old mother in law went to the store because she has been dealing with heel pain. They talked her into the 3 step insoles and added socks and other insoles to the must have pile. They had her open a credit card to pay for the $1900 insoles. She tried the insoles for a few days and could not remember all the different steps she had to do each day with the insoles. She called on day 5 to let them know the insoles were not working for her and she was told they are nonreturnable and non refundable. They did not mention that to them. My father in law thought he remembered them saying 30 days refundable. Looking at the receipt, clear at the bottom in small print, say non refundable and her initials are beside it right above where she signed the credit card receipt. Please DO NOT let your elderly parents go into that store themselves. They will be talked into spending thousands of dollars that they dont have. They are making 12 monthly payments on insoles that do not feel comfortable to her at all. The one insole feels like stepping on a rock right in the arch of your foot.
