This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I'm starting a small business that will help kids and adults in my community. I was told I could call a number to ask questions about fire alarms, extinguishers, braille signs etc. I called the number and the person on the other line had some kind of nervous breakdown or something. He yelled and screamed at me and threatened me I've never recieved an apology. I did call the police to report it. Hopefully this psychopath stays away from me and my family. People are so crazy now, you never know what they may do.
What really upsets me is this guy lied that he did it I wanted to go further and call a lawyer over it, but a friend of my dad's asked me not too. This man needs help though. I've worked in the mental health field for 25 years. This man needs an evaluation and help. I hope he let's his ego go and gets it.
