    In June 2023 I confirmed that I wanted to do an ad with the Franklin Shopper. I confirmed, Confirmed an ad design, And called for payment as I was told. They ran the ad and all was well. They contacted me for another ad soon after. I confirmed that I was interested and sent a new photo for design. I became busy, and did not confirm their ad design. I did not call for payment like last time, they just ran my card. I obviously didn’t approve of this so I didn’t have it transferred to my ad spend account, and their charge bounced. I didn’t notice because I was busy.. the same reason why I did not confirm or to my knowledge pay for or place the ad. They STILL ran an unconfirmed ad and are trying to bill me. I tried to call and understand why I wasn’t informed that the process was different. As a small business I feel taken advantage of because I was under the obvious impression that I had to pay and confirm to run an ad. No one ever told me that it was an automated process. The boss told me the deadline came and went. I did not confirm or pay by the deadline, so why am I being billed? I did not agree to it. I will pay them their $90 but I think that this is very shady, wrong, and that my small business was taken advantage of.

    I want them to remove my card from their billing system and get rid of this invoice. I did NOT give them permission to store my billing information, and all previous services were paid for up front. 

    The boss told me that the deadline came and went and they didn't hear from me. So why did they charge my card? Why do they have my card # stored in the first place?
