On February 16,2023 *********************** began replacing our oil furnace with a gas furnace. To date he has not completed the job and the is water leaking from the system, there is a ERROR message showing on the display and we had no heat during the chilly days of March & April . He has told us that he is coming back to finish the job, but to date he has not come. He leaves us waiting for him all day. We have tried repeatedly to get him to come back. He states that he is busy with other customers. The one day that he showed up he did nothing to stop the leak or to get the furnace working. There is a condensate pump that he did not install. He was paid in full and he said that he would remove the old oil furnace and he did not do that either. We are senior citizen on a limited budget and we cannot afford to pay someone else to fix what he left unfinished and non-working. He should refund our money so that we can find a reputable plumber.

    Business Response

This job was not originally my job which means I was doing the job as a favor to a friend.  Furthermore for the scope of this job the customer stated that he could not pay that.  still I continues to help the customer.   the original wiring and zone set up was not operational.  I told him I would do

the best I could but eventually all

of the wiring to thermostats would have to be desired.  I was never responding di le for removing boiler.  I was not responsible for repairing several leaks I. Existing system.  The condensate pump was on me yes.  Customer proceeded to call channel *** they reached out to me and did know know my side of what happened.  However I proceeded to remove boiler and spoke to customer with no knowledge of being reported to BBB I TOLD THE CUSTOMER THt I was willing to return and correct his issues to date I have not heard from them.   I can be reached at **********
