    We hired them as photographers for our wedding on 3 June 2023. Did not receive the photos for a couple months and tried repeatedly to contact them. They finally responded and said they would get the pictures to us by mid September. Still have not received any photos and they are not responding to calls, texts, or emails.

    Good evening.  I am writing to you regarding a complaint that I recently received in the mail.  I want to confirm that yes, this customer is a client of mine and I did photograph their wedding on June 3rd, 2023.  I have been in contact with this client and I have apologized for the time delay with delivering their completed online wedding gallery.  My husband is in the *** ***** ******** ***** and shortly after photographing this couples wedding he had an unexpected deployment come up.  Unfortunately, that limited the time that I had to edit their wedding photos tremendously.  I edit every single image that I deliver to my clients and it is quite tedious and time consuming but I have a brand and style that I present to my couples when they hire me as their photographer.  Regrettably, I did fall behind with my editing and I did not have their online gallery link ready by the deadline that I had given them.  I am currently in the process of finishing uploading their pictures to their online gallery and I have provided them a link to access all of their wedding photos.  I regret not reaching out to them often enough to ensure them on the status of their pictures but I have been dealing with some difficult personal issues lately.  They are a great couple and I truly enjoyed working with them and this is not how I wanted their experience to be with me as they were patiently waiting to receive their wedding photos.  I never meant to cause them any stress or anxiety and I am genuinely sorry.  I am honored that my clients choose me to photograph one of the most important events in their lifetime and I am proud of the products that I provide.  I always deliver the best quality images and products to all of my clients.

    We have lost communication again from the photographer and have not received all of the photos, but the email they had sent over a month ago said they would be in contact and upload more photos as they went along.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am reaching out in regards to complaint  number ********, with “A Little Bird Photography”. After your initial contact with them we did receive a response and a link to some of our pictures . In their email they stated they would continually add more pictures as they were edited, and that they would talk to us soon. At this point that was almost two months ago with no more photos being uploaded and no more communication, despite multiple attempts to reach out to them. I think they are nice people and did some good work, but at this point I just want the pictures that we paid for so our business with them can be done and over with. Any assistance would be appreciated.
