On October 3, 2022 I ordered a custom bar built by Keg Vision for in my house. I selected the bar on their website and paid using my credit card through ******. I was told 10-12 weeks due to a fire in their shop. I reached out for status updates with no reply. In late December I commented on Keg Visions ******** post asking why I hadn't received a reply. They immediately contacted me and told me my bar was still in process. I never heard from them again. I have learned through social media that Keg Vision is not in business and did not refund the money it took for custom bars from many of its customers, including me. I have filed complaints with both my credit card company and ******. My case is pending. With all the social media posts I've seen its clear the owner of Keg Vision wrongfully deceived a lot of people and took their money.Initial Complaint

We ordered a custom bar for our basement late November 10, 2022. I researched options and found the above mentioned business. After looking at the photos of completed bars (submitted by clients), reading customer reviews I went to their website. I reached out to the owner/ designer/carpenter for the custom module bars he offered (see the site for name/phone and email).I called the number listed on the site we discussed the design we wanted he sent the quote, we agreed to the price. He required 1/2 of the cost upfront $1377.50 and the remainder of $1377.50 upon completion. He said he was quite busy & to expect delivery late January possibly early Feb. We paid the $1700 and he emailed us a receipt. After the holidays I called to check on progress with no response. I continued to call, leave text messages and emailed him again with no response. I learned after visiting their FB page that his offerings are NOT LEGIT. Lots of posts recanting the same experiences from this business taking orders, people pay 1/2 of front or the entire amount and NO CUSTOM BAR EVER ARRIVES. Apparently this business is still listed on Etsy and taking orders and STEALING without any recourse. BUYER BE WARE total CON!Initial Complaint

On August 12, 2022 I paid $3,445.00 for a custom made bar via Etsy, the bar was supposed to be delivered by November. I reached several times to get an update about the bar, beginning in October, ******* let me know that he was delayed but said it could be ready by December. In November he advised the bar is still being worked on and may not be ready until late December and he would be able to deliver and set up. In December he advised that he can't travel until January. We set up for the end of January for delivery and set up of the bar to our home. On January 18 we confirmed for January 28th weekend, on January 26th he provided pictures of the bar put together, on January 27th he sent more pictures of the bar with the stain and asked if we could move the date one week to allow the stain time to dry. We said okay on moving until the next Saturday February 4. The bar was not delivered and I have not heard back from ******* since we approved the date movement. I reached out to Etsy for help but they said they could not help me since it had been more than 100 days since the order was done.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Bar for my Man cave on December 5th 2022 through the Keg brothers website. I was informed when I ordered it that it would take between 8 to 10 weeks of order date to complete. I decided to email them for an update last week since it was getting close to the completion date and never got a response back. So I waited until this week Feb 6th 2023 and emailed them again from the shop site that has my receipt information and still did not get a response back. I then went back to the original email and found the owners email address which is ***************@kegvision and left him a simple message for an update and still did not get a response. I then started to get nervous so I went to their Facebook site and went into the comments and that is where I found at least 3 more customers with the same issue. Some look to have been waiting even longer then me for the Bars and they were also not getting any response back from the user. I then found the other owner email ******* *******.kegvisionbiz@*****.com and emailed him for an update letting him know that I hope he was not scamming me and he never responded. I went back into their facebook page today and now it is missing. I just want either my bar or my $1750 back so I can by a bar somewhere else. How is this legal these guys are right here in Pennsylvania please do something.Initial Complaint

This business quoted me 8-12 weeks on completion of a custom made bar project. I ordered the product on August 13th 2022 for $1,300. On November 4th 2022, after several attempts to contact him via email, he finally responded that the project is approximately 14 days from completion. I reached out to him several times following the 14 day turnaround and was told that it is still pending completion. He sent me his production schedule on january 19th, 2023 which informed me that the project had not been started. There were several other customers names in the production log which hadn't been started and they had ordered back in August. He confirmed that the project would be in production on 1/23. It is 2/14 and I have called him several times, emailed the owner and have not gotten a response. The ******** page of the business has also been taken down. The business has stolen my money I paid over 25 weeks ago. I've seen other reviews of customers attesting the same thing. I have receipts, email chains of the correspondences, and messages on ******** from the owner which attest my claim that he has stolen my money.Initial Complaint

I purchased a custom bar from Keg Vision on August 29th, 2022 for$2000. I was told there would be a 8-10 week process but photo and email updates would be given along the way. In November of 2022 I reached out tot he company as I had not heard anything and received no updates. I received an email on November 17th, 2022 stating the bar would be wrapping up and shipping the first week of December 2022 and I would get an update after Thanksgiving. On December 9th, 2022 I reached out again as I had received no updates and still did not have a bar. I reached out again on December 11th, 2022 and received an email response stating that there was a problem in the workshop causing delays and that the owner had Covid and was out of work but everything would be functional again soon. I sent another email on January 4th, 2023 again acquiring about my bar. I received a response on January 5th, 2023 stating i was slated for completion now around the third week of January and i would be getting photos and updates along the way. As of January 31st, 2023 I have not gotten any updates or my bar. I have emailed January 31st, February 1st, February 2nd 2023 with response.
