    I wagered a $10 bet on their Caesars Sportsbook on a live dealer roulette table. I won the bet and should have been credited $20. They claimed the winnings converted into a promotion and never awarded me the cash value of my winnings. They kept my $20 ($10 I risked plus $10 I won).I attached the transaction. It shows I won the bet and should have been given +$20. Instead, they moved it to a bonus account and said I no longer can receive the $20 due to a promotion. That $20 was made using a cash wager directly from my ********************* account and should have been paid back to me as winnings.Their promotion was a scam so I cancelled the promotion and they said I "forfeited" my money. They kept my $20 and refused to pay it back to me after speaking with a supervisor. I put $35 as that was my original amount deposited on their site. They owe me $20 of that $35 from what I won. I want my $20 back.

    I withdrew money on 11/18/2024 and i have not received my money. They made me submit my bank statement to confirm and it has been a week since i sent this. They still refuse to send me the money i withdrew.

    I was visiting Harrahs ************ on 6/04/2024. On the way out, I decided to sign up for the Caesars Rewards program. I went to the Rewards desk to sign up. After providing my drivers license, phone number and email address, I was given a Gold Rewards Card. The agent told me that when I was ready to use the card, I should go to the Rewards Kios machine and swipe my card for a promotion.I returned to Harrahs on 6/06/2024 and swiped my card at the Rewards Kios but no promotions showed up. I walked over to the Rewards desk and spoke with an agent whose response was "you were supposed to swipe your card on the same day as you signed up for the program".That was NOT DISCLOSED to me on 6/04/2024. When I told the agent that I was told to scan my card when I was ready to use it, her response was "there is nothing I can do".-My complaint is that ******* needs to provide me with the new member promotion I was promised. I am sure Caesars can check their computer system to verify that I am a NEW member and have never used my card. Due to erroneous information provided by the original agent, I was not able to take advantage of the new member promotion. If I was given the correct information on 6/04/2024, I would have walked the ******************************************************************************************* to leave the premises if I was provided the correct information. If there is a system issue with providing the new member promotion, I would like ******* to void out my member information so that I can sign up again and this time scan the new card at the Kios immediately.On a separate issue, I need to address the terrible service provided by the Rewards Desk. I take my mom to Harrahs on a regular basis. She has been a Rewards member for over a decade. EVERYTIME I go to the desk for help with her membership, the staff are very discourteous. They NEVER want to take the time to help a member out and ALWAYS respond with there is nothing I can do !!

    I am supposed to receive a bonus bet every month based on my member tier. There are no asterisks on the site that point to anything else being necessary to happen to get my free bet. This is 100 percent false advertising. I want my free $30 bet that is owed to me.

    On March 27th 2023 between 243 pm and 247pm I had hit jackpot bonus play on Monkey God (an online casino game). The bonus would not let me play i kept receiving an error message. I live chatted with a support staff, who had asked me to continue trying to play out the bonus. told me maybe my WIFI was not strong enough. I was concerned as this was being played on the platform for Casers and was switching over to Tropicana the very next day. He told me now to worry the bonus would be saved on my account and if it was not there the next day that the conversation was being saved and a representative would help me. On March 28th i had to change platforms to Tropicana, but what teh representative said was true my bonus play was still there when I accessed the game Monkey God. I tried to play the bonus throughout the day logging  in every so often until about 430pm on the 28th when the game was removed from the platform. I again opened a chat. I was told that this would have to be escalated and I should hear something from someone in a bout a week. I chatted with Tropicana once a week for about six weeks until today i was told that they could no longer see my pending bonus and I must have played it though. I said if you can see I played it though how much did I win. They could not tell me that as I had never been able to play a bonus that had a top prize of $650.00. They pretty much told me too bad so sad we do not see anything that is owed to you. I have screen shots showing that the bonus would not play and I know that i tried to continue to play all throughout the next day when the game was removed. The game was removed because it was glitching and I was not they only person who was not paid for a bonus earned. I have patiently waited these six weeks for the company to do the right thing and in the end they did not.

    I signed up for Ceasars Sportsbook because they were offering a promotion and they are not living up to that promotion. They were to refund the bet amount in a bet credit if lost and give 1000 rewards credit. I had to bring up that they did not give the bet credit and they fixed it but I brought up the 1000 rewards credits mossing and they said they see the issue but will not fix it. I only choose this site because I could build rewards and that is now obviously a lie. I signed up on 2/12/23 and they said they would be in my account within 7 days.
