    ON 9/28/22 I CONTRACTED WITH HARRY J****** JR AKA (KENO) OWNER OF GOLDEN HANDS TO REMODEL MY KITCHEN IN THE HIGHLAND GARDEN AREA OF CHESTER. THE AGREED UPON COST WOULD BE (12,500). I GAVE HARRY J****** JR. (9,375.00) WITH A BALANCE DUE OF (3,125.00) UPON COMPLETION. HARRY J****** JR. BEGAN THE PROJECT BY GUTTING MY EXISTING KITCHEN TO PREPARE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF NEW CABINETS, BACKSPLASH, SMALL ISLAND, LIGHTS, SINK, TILE FLOORING, PAINTING AND RECESSED LIGHTS. HARRY J****** JR. PERFORMED A FRACTION OF THIS WORK. PER ANOTHER CONTRACTOR IT AMOUNTED TO 2,500.00 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK PERFORMED BY HARRY J****** JR. AKA KENO. HE HAS NOT BEEN TO MY HOUSE SINCE JULY OF 2023. HE REFUSES TO ANSWER OR RETURN MY CALLS OR TEXTS. HARRY J****** JR IS A SCAMMER OF SENIOR CITIZENS (OVER 70). THIS IS MY LIFE SAVINGS MONEY THAT HE STOLE AND I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY RIGHT NOW TO FINISH THIS PROJECT WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. HARRY J****** JR SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS INJUSTICE! DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING CLEANING UP DOG POOP! (KENO) HARRY J****** JR- IT'S BLACK MEN LIKE YOU THAT KEEP US FROM CONTRACTING WITH OUR OWN FIRST LIKE MANY OTHER ETHNICITY'S DO!
