    I was looking for a hotel this past week to stay at over night on Saturday into Sunday. I used Expedia to book the room and realized I had made a mistake. Less than 15 minutes later I cancelled the reservation since I made a human error. I tried to ask ******* to send a refund or try to get this back. I have previously stayed there and they never even responded to my request that I sent. I believe the fee should be waived. I never stated at the room or even check in. I also cancelled less than 15 minutes into the booking since it was a mistake. This was the Best Western Hotel in *******, **.

    On December 20, 2022 at about 5 p.m. I was asked to leave a hotel, Best Western Plus in *******, **. that Ive been staying at since September 21, 2022 and I still have yet to be given a valid reason despite my asking the manager *****************************. The only thing he said to me was that I I was occupying a room that I paid for and that I threatened to make a complaint about the condition of his hotel which Im lawfully allowed to do. That should not have been a reason rudely tell me to leave, I am already facing a hardship which is why I have been staying there for so long and to be embarrassed in that manner is unacceptable. Ive overlooked the mice, roaches, bed bugs, filthy rugs, questionable relatives he have living there who are his housekeepers), horrible smells from uncleaned carpets from pet urine (pets are allowed in hotel by no carpets are ever cleaned & rooms are never deep cleaned)Ive had hotel doors that were hard to open locking my ***************** in the room, even had to physically fix a door lock with a screwdriver myself because he no maintenance workers & that door was unsafe. All in all I was disrespected & Im pleased with my stay & with the manor his ***************** with hotel.
