    My God - first, but terrible experience ! ! !

    How is this facility allowed to operate in the USA under current circumstances?
    My friend checked us in (under his name) for 2 nights on Aug 25 & 26. I was with my son (5 floor) and he on 6th floor. Rooms were never cleaned during our stay, linen never changed. There was a mound of stinky of garbage was left by escalator on (5 & 6 floors) that attracted a couple of flies - all night into the morning of day 2 when we checked out.
    There's 2 escalators, one is malfunctional - the other was very dirty. Found it dirty, never cleaned at all during our stay. On Saturday morning, spotted some very elderly, sickly looking male who can't even stand upright, was busy collecting garbage without protective gear! (masks, gloves, etc).
    Honestly, I fail to understand how this facility, with a worrying number of negative reviews, on the same, recurring issues continues to operate unabated?
    Are there no Health Inspection Standards that exist in PA?
