    RUN!! DO NOT WALK!! This is the absolute worse apartment complex to live in. I moved in on November 12, 2022. On my first night I saw a mouse and have been seeing them ever since. I have been reporting ever since and still nothing has been done. The landlord thinks because he's ending his exterminator a few weeks on Wednesdays and then no one comes, I should no longer have mice. I have been complaining from that day to this one, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 and to no avail. I have requested to be moved into another unit and was denied. The landlord stated he wants to continue sending his exterminator (that is not making any difference whatsoever) in an continued effort to get rid of the mice. The landlord is very well aware of the infestation I have been experiencing since moving in and simply refuses to do anything about it. I've since learned from the Assistant Leasing Manager that he actually used to live in this building long before I came and he thought that it had been taken care of. I learned from the Leasing Agent that there are traps all over the boiler room and all around the outside of the building. The irony of this whole thing is that I live on the third floor so how is it that I have a mice infestation living on the third floor? I have spent my own money purchasing endless mouse traps, etc. trying to stop them. I've gotten glue traps from the leasing office and family and friends have also furnished me with endless items they believe will work. Overall, I give this place a big fat zero and I can't stress enough to beware if you decide to give this place a try.
