      I had Power Home Remodeling replace two large windows in the front of my home, on the first and second floors. The actual windows and the basic installation was good, or at least it has all held up so far. However, there are a lot of issues during the process, including some contractual work not ************ their parlance, the windowsill is called a "stool". The frame at the bottom of the window is called an "apron". In my case, they said that they would replace the apron, and this was specified in the contract. I thought that mean the top part of the window frame, which was ruined by leaking, would be replaced, as the salesman had specifically said that this would be done. Neither the apron, nor the part that was actually damaged, was replaced. You may get charged for something that doesn't happen. If you have a stylized windowsill, with rounded edges, please know that you will likely get a flat board instead. Not pretty. They don't "paint", so if they replace your windowsill (again, called "stool", in their parlance), they will replace it with a pre-primed board. They do have to cut the board, which is not primed on the sides. To make it white, they smudge some compound on the sides and also smudge some more on the nail holes. In order to partially make up for all the issues (including many not delineated here) *** ******* from the Long Island office promised, verbally, and with an emailed confirmation on April 18th, that he would "round out the stools edge in the upstairs living room." Although the project wasn't completed (apron was not replaced), he had me sign that it was. He never came.The two guys that were part of my team didn't speak English well. This led to some misunderstandings. They also didn't read the notes on the project contract, so I had to let them know and then remind and remind them. This may be why my apron wasn't replaced. I mentioned the apron and they looked very confused, which was when I called and spoke to ***.

      Working with Power was a very timely, efficient experience. I had all my windows and my siding done with them. The installers worked long days and finished all of the installs in less than a week. Very happy customer.

      Curmudgeon installer but he did a fantastic job. Good cleanup, on time, and nice salesperson.The quality of the windows is outstanding, like the screens and internal contoured grids.Would recommend for Pella windowx
