  Replacement of 10 windows.
  From start to finish Power was professional, caring, and respectful. Their quality and their team speaks for themselves. You feel as though you become a part of their family the minute they start working on your project. You can tell it's not just about the money for them but the service and connection. We are eager to do business with them in the future.

  We’re NOT very happy with any of the service we’ve received. On install day some window screens had holes in them and others had screens falling out of the frame, ugly caulk job on the outside of the house. When we called to have it corrected, we got the runaround, transferred around, can’t get any callback from them always have to keep calling them, when we finally get appointments to have the issues fixed, they no-showed twice without any communication, after multiple calls they tell us the appointment was canceled on their end. We would NOT recommend at all using this company… PERIOD!!
  Don’t be exited with the Sales person when they’re give any promotions because the company DOES NOT follow through in their service!

  Let me preface this with the fact the character limit will significantly hinder my review. We signed up to get 12 windows/1 door replaced on 8/8/22. The crew showed up and managed to do 10 windows without sealing them from 10am-6pm approx. On 8/9 the crew didn't return until 2pm after a call to customer service at noon with 1hr on hold. 2 workers came and worked until 11pm; 10 windows/door were sealed improperly and the last 2 windows still uninstalled. After 3 days calling, the inspector came on 8/12 to see how poorly the job was managed as well as rough/incomplete. He took notes and found out the job was reported as done. He scheduled fixes for 8/15. I had to call on 8/17 before anyone actually showed up. What work that could be done took place but missing/broken parts prevented completion of the job. Also, 1 of the remaining windows was installed in the wrong spot. We were told when items arrived the job would be completed. Nothing until 8/13 when I had to email the only helpful person (inspector). Back and forth until 8/26 a rep called and told us 9/12 is the scheduled date for job completion. It is 3 weeks past the original 1 day install promised and the job is not done. We have been endlessly patient and understanding, simply wanting the work to be complete and satisfactory. Delays and poor communication on top of disorganized management have turned this home improvement project into a hassle. It's clear that people were truly trying to help us (esp the inspector) but that something behind the scenes prevented any proper/quick resolution. We are so disappointed if this is the standard of Power's work. For the price we paid expecting a quality install it's embarrassing to think this business has any hope of sustaining much longer. The workers were trying to do what they could and even helped with a few things. I can only think that the blame in this fiasco falls on the upper-management utilizing lacking methods.

  Power installed our new roof. From the moment Tony knocked on our door and left us some first rate marketing materials we noticed how professional everyone in the company has been. Joe our salesman was the epitome of professionalism and we can’t say enough good things about him. The crew has worked extremely hard to do the project in one day. Power has lived up all its promises. We give them 5 stars.

  Overall smooth process. Brandon did a good job providing accurate information and provided a detailed narrative of the process. No surprises, which was awesome. Promises made, promises kept. No complaints.

  We just had 8 windows installed and we are beyond happy with the experience. Everyone has been extremely kind, shown up when they said, did fantastic and quick work, and have been great with follow up. We will absolutely be recommending to our friends and family and are looking forward to working with Power more in the future.

  Power did a great job with my window install. The presentation was incredibly impressive, and it was backed up by the windows and the installation itself.
  I would recommend them to anyone looking for work.
