      Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The work crew did a great job installing my windows.

      We have our sliding done in 2018, and then now past 2 years we have problems with our sidings few have fallen off and one has fallen of 3 to 4 times from that place. Considering we paid a lot of money and they come out after months even knowing we have a life time warranty. They said it takes 3 to 4 months for the person for the sliding to come initially. If I could go back I would have never spend that much money. My neighbor got it done way before us from some one else cheaper and never had a problem ever :(

      Initially I would give a 5 star, the rep was amazing. The work looks nice.
      The issues: I was given two different prices, first price was locked in for 2 years. A QA guy comes two weeks later, tells me my home is in “dire need of siding” and says my price is going up because I need full plywood replacement. Fast forward to siding install, job was supposed to be 5 days. It took 2, they kept the original siding, using zero of the plywood that “increased”my price. Guy 1 tells me “since they aren’t using the plywood, you will see a difference in the final price”. Final price comes along and guess who sees the same “extra plywood” price? So I call, guy 2 tells me the “extra plywood” was coded as complimentary. So why was my price higher when price 1 was locked in for 2 years? (the work done within a month). Anywho the price was adjusted to reflect the original quote since complimentary means free. Issue 2: I was away for work (my mom was on site) while the siding was being done. I come home in the middle of a heatwave to find my casement windows do not open. (I do not have central air, windows with portable AC unit). I call power (again). They tell me, “oh yea that sometimes happens”. He schedules me for 4 days later to have the crew come out to fix it. Day 4 comes, it is a high of 98 degrees they do not call or show. I call and allegedly they are coming tomorrow. They mean well but I would never recommend them to anyone. I used Window Nation for my window replacements, I received 3 QA calls after. I received 1 follow up from Power after my gutters (the cheaper of the jobs). My siding received zero follow ups, maybe because of the amount of money I spent they were not trying to sell me anything else.
      Bottom line, read the entire contract like I did because they will “oops bad math” you if you are not careful. Do not believe the “oh you do not have to be home” line. Be home. Open your windows and doors. Make sure the crew did right by you & your money.

      We had a great experience with Power from the initial consultation/estimate through the installation of 17 windows in our house. Definitely recommend this company.

      Great company, great product. Service every step of the way has been amazing! I’m not used to contract work going so well and easy. Julie the consultant was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Natalie handled everything with my HOA so I didn’t have to. By far the easiest process I have dealt in regards to any work done on my house. This isn’t my first window install but is by far the best! The QA follow up was very thorough. The install team was very efficient and did quality work. Very respectful and were able to work around limited space in my smaller house house minimizing how much I had to move around. One of the team members even offered me lunch! I feel like I should have been buying them lunch!
      I would definitely recommend Power and would use them again on any future projects.

      I’m very happy with my siding, windows and gutters. I have a older home and now it looks like new. All of my neighbors have been complimenting me on how nice my house looks. I also ordered a new front door. It was installed but the glass was wrong. The installer said that he would make sure that power knew that the door had the wrong glass in it. Otherwise I’m very happy with the look of my home.

      My experience with this company has been very pleasant. Every person I've come into contact with has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Matt, Sean, John were amazing. And most importantly, I have brand new, beautiful windows that I love.

      Can’t brag on this company enough! We got our windows replaced today and they look great, price was great, and they even cleaned up completely before leaving! Awesome company!

      All the company reps were grant and very informative. Rasa, Conor and Gus knew what they were talking about and they were able to answer all our questions. The crew(Diego being the chef) that put in the Windows did an excellent job. They worked well together installing and cleaning up.
      I would highly recommend power home remodeling.
