    Hello I would like my experience to be submitted in regards to my order, I will also be submitting complaint to carriers corporate them since I do feel they are the blame for most of this. Once I finally received my items, the gel packets was all busted, my chocolates was covered in this material but also my items was no longer cold and was melted. I had reached out to carrier where I was informed of how sorry they was and would submit claim and be following up. They failed to do that so I kindly followed up with company and explained the issue, they did reply back to me but after I explained the issue further I received no other emails. I'm frustrated that I feel ignored or no resolution considering this carrier needs to be held responsible they delivered incorrect location, twice and also I blame them for these damaged items due to how they handled them.

    Hi there I did look up this customer order and we did reshipped a replacement order to her I did check
    And dont see any emails from her but I am more then happy to refund this order for her if she was not happy with both shipment That were sent to her I am going to process this refund right now for her. The credit has been already taken care of on are end

    Hello I have a order with ID *********. I have emailed customer service and tried to get help but haven't received any guidance. My order with this company is showing delivered but it hasn't been. I reached out to carrier where they explained they would try and trace package but said claim needs completed but company that ships need to do claim to get my money back. Unfortunately I can't reach anyone or get any help. I would like this resolved. Thank you

    The customer did email us on on February 26th we emailed back the same day with the tracking and picture of delivery we also asked them by email to give us a call since there phone number was not a working number and we got no response from them regarding there issue. We are more them happy to resolve this issue for them and already refunded this order back to there original payment today
