    I placed an internet order on December 15,2022. The order was for 2 regular white chocolate hot chocolate and 1 sugar free. A total of 3 items. I never received the product. I emailed the company with no response, I sent a Facebook message with no response and I called with no answer. I have noticed online that many other customers have experienced the same issue as me. I would love to have the product. Since my Dec 15th order, I have ordered and received hot cocoa mixes from 2 different companies, but they just don’t taste the same.

    I placed an order with Ron and Frank's on 1/3/23 for their Spiced Apple Cider and they deducted $70.25 from my bank account in conjunction with the order. As of January 23, 2023, I have yet to receive the ordered product. I have left a message through their website, emailed twice (1/19/23 and 1/23/23), and tried calling three times with no response. When I try to leave a message, I am unable to do so and the voice message indicates “memory is full, enter the remote access code”.

    I experienced their product at a local arts and craft bizarre and enjoyed it so did not hesitate placing an additional order. I understand that there may be supply chain issues impacting the delivery but am very frustrated at their complete lack of response to my inquires, especially since they readily accepted my money. Please assist. Thank you.

    My complaint submitted on 1/23/2023 against Ron & Franks #******** has been satisfactorily resolved.  I received the product I ordered today with a note of apology for the shipping delay.  It indicated that they had lost most of their business to a fire and it took over 6 weeks to rebuild and reopen.  In addition to the apology, they actually added additional product at no charge.
