    We contracted ****** ******* owner of Thomas J Construction LLC on 3/20/23 to build a deck at our home. The total cost was $10,000 with a down payment of $6000 which included the cost of materials and tax. ****** advised ** he would be completed the project in 5 days. As of today, 4/8/23 the framing is partially completed and is not to *********** Township code and the materials that we paid for have not been delivered. From the start of the project its been one excuse after another with unkept promises made by ******. One of ******** workers after dropped off at our home on 3/22/23 with no supervision, he was given nothing to do and was left on his own at our home for hours. This said worker went around my home which I have video of, pulling out my perennial plants out of my flower beds and re-arranging our personal property outside of our phone. Thank you.
