    Made an order for pick up, and was given a pick up location in my confirmation email. Was unclear and unprofessional in communications, so I requested a refund. Stated I was going to leave a bad review because of my experience, and she threatened my job.

    This complaint is asinine and ridiculous because the business gave the customer almost a week to pick up the products even after the website states that we do not do pick up. We only do shipping and delivery only. The address of the customer is in Sewickley which is where the business was for 2 whole days. We then gave the customer another day at another event in Brentwood to pick up the product. We then explained the the only options left were to pick up In Clairton, not at the owner's home but at the VFW in the neighborhood or shipping. We then told the customer that since she did not respond in the correct amount of time, that shipping would be the only other option and that there would be a $15 fee which is on the website as well. The customer proceeded to defame the business and threaten the business owner with a complaint that was unsubstantiated. We also do not do refund which is clear on the receipt and on the website. This customer has repeatedly ignored the business' attempts to give the product and the customer has no reason to complain other than wanting the business to do what they are not required to do after the effort was already made. The attachments included are the proof of no refunds, the proof of how many times the business reached out to give the customer the products and also the threats to the business.
