    Date of Transaction - 10/10/2021, Ordered a 7' x 12' 7000# tandem aluminum trailer to be built, took 9 months to receive trailer. Many promises made by business owner it would be completed. We picked up trailer and have been promised missing parts for the trailer since May 21, 2022. Parts missing are the Spare Tire Mount and the Shoe, and the Spare Tire, and the Back Support Bars. We have been requesting these parts and promised the parts, now Voice mail is full and no response to messages and emails. We would like to have this resolved by delivery of these parts due to us.
