      Very unprofessional service!!! Rented a lift Friday Dec ******* at 1400 hrs... Charged $454 for Friday at 1400 till Monday at 0700.. Had lift an hour and broke on my husband. Had to call *************** but couldn't help us. Finally got someone's attention and got family over to help. Had to go to **********'s location Saturday Dec 14, 2024 to get another and possibly info on fixing one that broke. Finally found a problem when looking all over machine. Now it's 1700 hours and dark. Started to use machine on Sunday Dec 15, 2024 around 0800. Now want to charge us Full price and call us "Piece of s*** renters"!! It wasn't our fault it was broke. Found out the machine was out for a month before we got it. Maybe maintenance should have been done before going out. Showed them the faulty things we noticed on it. Very very offended on her words and professional! Will NEVER again rent from her *****.
