      Charged $950.00 dollars which =$1900.00 for 2 hours work no parts needed, installed shower heads,toilet seats and sink faucets that I had purchased. So this amount for labor outrageous!

      I want to report a situation. They said that they sent out post cards the end of August (I received mine the end of September) and the promotion (for return customers/maybe new ones too) said $69 for my heating system check. I called to make an appointment and was told they had none left or in October at the $79 charge and wanted to schedule me for November at the $89 charge. I made a comment that was not appropriate (it reminds me of those bait and switch tactics). When I asked to check with a manager the woman did but the manger would not even get on the phone to say no to my request. Since I mentioned that I was going to report this to you they "allowed" me to set up the service in October at the $79 rate. This was disappointing since I have been using this company for a few years and have been very pleased with them (phone and service) until now.

      Dennis from G.F. Bowman installed a new hot water heater and did a great job. He was on time, professional and willing to answer any questions we had. Very good service
