    Incident Date -03/07/2023 On the above date I was scheduled to get my hair serviced by a woman who is in charge of TOSSEDBYTEE. I had booked my appointment and showed her a reference photo of what I wanted. She stated that she was able to complete this service and I was given a set price of $130.00 with an additional $50.00 prior deposit. After booking and receiving a confirmation text stating the original price, she up charged my remaining price to $170.00 due to her mistake of booking. She claimed that my appointment was outside of her "sale" date. I still continued to go through with my appointment due to me having paid a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit. After the appointment, the stylist put my hair back to where I was not able to see it in its normal form. The stylist also didn't have any full length mirrors in her shop in order for me to see all angles. When I got home I was then able to see all sides of my hair and that's when I was able to see the mistakes that the stylist had made. I then reached out to the stylist the next day and told her of my concerns. I also noticed that in the booking process, the stylist booked my hair for a style referred to as "SHmedium Locs" and I was given "Large/Medium" hair. After reaching out she then calls me demanding the this is what I asked for and told me that I can't compare her work to the reference photo that I showed her multiple times prior to service. I asked for her to accommodate me and she refused. I paid her $50.00 via card and $120 via cash due to her only taking cash payments at the end of service.
