    On August 12, 2023 the company poured concrete steps up to my front door. Now the door does not open. The local fire code requires two working exits, e.g. front and back doors, so if the township inspects the property, they will cancel the Certificate Of Occupancy. In addition, the company removed the existing railing for the steps and dumped the railing on the property. I told the company about the problems and the supervisor threw up his hands: The door wasnt working before. (It was; the companys workmen opened the door before they completed the concrete steps.) Regarding the old railing, the supervisor said he had no place else to dump it, so he dumped it on the grass next to my driveway. My desired resolution: Fix the door. Dispose of the old railing.
