      These are some really bad, bad people. I don't know if this is even a legitimate delivery business or perhaps a front for something else. Everyone from the top down is incompetent, unreliable, vulgar, dishonest, and threatening. We have taken days of PTO now trying to get a delivery fulfilled. The stars finally align and the truck shows up, but the drivers REFUSE to unload and deliver our mattress. They were cussing and worked up because our house was further down the street than they had planned. We told them they were at the wrong address, showed them where ours actually was, with ID and order receipts and they straight up just cussed us out and left with the mattress. Then their customer service told us they will TRY again TWO DAYS LATER. We don't have some magical unlimited spring of Paid Time Off to use because some ghetto loser is lazy. It is beyond absurd. I get delays happen - but this wasn't a delay. They just wouldn't give us our mattress and seem like they don't care at all. Customer service then just stopped answering our calls before business hours were over. It's like they wanted us to cancel. Someone needs to look into this company to see what is actually going on. I feel uncomfortable even seeing these people again, let alone trusting them on my property.

      *** called our office and left a message at 4:55pm on November 29th. Our customer service rep called him back the next day at 8:35am and we never heard back from him. Our driver called the number on the order and told her that he was there and she informed him it was the wrong address. The address given to us was incorrect and we are not permitted to deliver freight to a different address without our customer's approval. Our CS rep got the address change approved and the item is out for delivery today, December 1st. The correct address is about 10 minutes away from the one we were originally given. The driver that attempted this delivery is very polite and respectful and we've never had any issues or complaints about him.

      The grill was delayed twice. I was ok with this. When I spoke to the dispatcher, I told her that the driveway was steep. I asked that she put this in the remarks so the delivery people knew there was a challenge when they got here. The delivery was made just before dark on the 7th of June (2023). I yelled at the guy that he placed it in the wrong place. He parked in the middle of the street so I had to yell over the traffic. He called me out of control and swore at me multiple times. He placed the heavy pallet at the bottom of my driveway. I had to take apart the pallet and move up the hill myself because I was afraid that the items would be stolen. He was not professional or nice. I wish I got his name and the name of the dispatcher so that I could add here.
