    I had purchased carpeting from clymer furiture and had it installed on January 30, 2025. Within two weeks I called clymer furniture (owner ****) and stated the the carpeting was separating at the seams. He said he would send the installers back to correct it. On March 11, 2025 the installers came to correct the seam and it was worst than before. I called **** back and he made no effort to look at it. He told me that **** Carpet would replace the carpeting since the had a 30 day customer satisfaction warranty. **** would replace the carpet at no cost but clymer furniture (****) would have to pay to install. After a month I called **** to get an update on the carpet replacement and he said he was trying to figure out who was going to pay for the install. It's now been over 3 months and **** has been silent. While purchasing the carpet I repeated to ****, (no less than 50 times) about how important the installation was to me. He affirmed me 50 times that i had nothing to worry about. Clymer Furniture is not standing by *************** customer warranty and **** me a carpet replacement.
