    The new roof seems to be in tact, however the gutters leak onto the front and side sidewalks rather than drain via drain pipes. During the winter, ice formed on the sidewalks, causing a potential trip hazard for an elderly resident, visitors, and postal service workers. In addition, his contracted painter spilled dark brown paint on the front porch while painting the front door and it's trim. Prior to leaving, the painter didn't wipe away the paint. The brown paint looks awful on the pretty pink floor. Around mid-November, *** ***** was informed of these issues. Five months later, he has yet to resolve these concerns. I see his trucks all over town, tending to new contracts. From the homeowner, he took his money and ran. Unfortunately, for us, his customer service is greatly lacking.
