    Signed contract for paving, sealcoating, and striping of parking lot at our *************************. They completed all but the striping (told their machine broke day of work) in December.Was told they would return when weather was warmer to stripe the lot. Despite multiple (over 8) times we were promised they would show up to complete this work, they have never returned.I have had a parking lot with no lines or handicap designation for 4 months. Before I hire another firm to complete this work, I'm asking them to make this right and complete what was contracted for.I received a quote from another company to complete this work for $425 + tax

    On 9/1/23 I had R. Wells Paving tear up an existing driveway and put down a new one since he was offering a "deal". When the driveway was put down we couldn't drive on it for 2 weeks as it never set up or hardened. When I asked *** Wells about it several times, he assured me we could drive on it and if there were any issues he would fix them in the spring. Spring of 2024 rolls around and the issues arise again. You can't park on the driveway or use it in any matter with turning your vehicle wheels. The pavement is crumbling apart and there are so many areas that are tore up and marked as well as the pavement bubbled up. I called Rob Wells to address the issues. We had an appointment set up for 9:30 on 5/4/24. When he didn't show up for our appointment I called I called him and he informed me he came early and looked at the driveway and saw the issues. He agreed that it shouldn't be happening, especially since it was cooler weather without any humidity. He assured me he would fix the problem by applying a seal coat on it free of charge and also assured me he believes that will fix the issues. If the issue still persisted by August he would then have the pavement tested at a lab. I have since then made at least 3 calls a week for the last 2 months trying to get this issue resolved. Rob Wells may have returned 1 call since then but all my calls go to an automated voicemail or his business voicemail and no return calls to resolve the issue. There is a 2 year warranty on this driveway and it has only been 8 months and the driveway is falling apart. I have also come to find out that this is not only happening to me but to others who have come forward when I posted my issue on social media. If this isn't resolved I will have no other option then to follow through with my attorney. We have already sent a certified letter stating he needs to address the issue within 5 business days of receiving the letter or we will have no other option then to proceed legally.
