My car needed a diagnostic test done. I had a couple issues going on where my car was leaking coolant, overheating if the coolant ran out and I also needed my air conditioner also checked. I inquired as to how much does the diagnostic test cost. I was told between $50.00 to 150.00 at the highest. I told the owner that I was disabled and I was working with 50.00. And I was avid and insisted that I wanted the test done, and then I would decide which direction I wanted to go. He called and said that 50.00 would find very much, then at the time I gave him verbal authorization to go ahead with the full test. I made it perfectly clear to Arty that he was to call me soon as he had a diagnosis. Day 1 I dropped my car off In the morning and was told they couldn’t get to it the next day I called and left several messages asking the owner Arty to call me back. The last call I made, his secretary told me he was on the phone and would call me back shortly. He never called. I called numerous times. The 3rd day I was the same problem, so I call *********, to see if they had talked to him. Sure enough they informed me that he called them to get the ok to put parts on my car that they would cover. This is the second time I dealt with because he accepts *********, I never once gave him authorization. Now I told I had little none in money, if you look at my invoice I got charged a astronomical Amt. I recently put a housing and thermostat. I paid 70.00 when I replaced it in February. ********* also informed me they paid him for the diag test $129.99 it’s not on their invoice and he billed me 90.00. After picking up my car. Screws we’re missing from my front grill, while in the bypass, so that’s why there is a large hole in the front end. He assured me he would replace it. I feel that he has taken total advantage of me and he is extremely persistent in making unnecessary repair when I was honest, direct and told him upfront. On top of everything my lights on dash are acting up.

****** brought her vehicle for several problems, we advised her the diagnostic had to be performed to find the problems with her vehicle, which she reluctantly agreed to. So we went ahead and diagnosed the problems and found other issues that were covered by her warranty, and they approved the covered repairs. I then called ******, and explained exactly what was covered and what wasn't. She explained that she had no money to fix her vehicle and asked what can be done. I offered her to apply for financing to get the funds to pay for the needed repairs so she could drive her vehicle. She gladly agreed to this and was approved for the financing and I personally explained in detail all the repairs that were performed and the prices, which she absolutely instructed us to perform all the needed repairs. All repairs were completed properly and I even explained her bill when she picked up her vehicle and she seemed very pleased with everything until the following day or so her grill (which was severely rusted like the rest of the vehicle) fell off. We never did any body work nor did we remove or even touch the grill on her vehicle. She came back blaming us for the grill and then started complaining about everything we did for her.  All of the repairs were done properly and promptly without any issues and the vehicle is no longer overheating and the axle she claims she did not authorize was explained to her and was covered by the warranty company. I am really confused with the entire complaint as we did everything we were supposed to do and did it properly!!

I even offered to try finding a grill for her from a salvage yard as a courtesy as this would be a easy fix.

    Thank you, **************** (President)
